The strap is pretty easy to lose on the PRVKE bags, but this is the perfect replacement and even seems to fit a bit more snug than the original.
It doesn't really get any better than sending an email about an issue and having the company respond with no questions, no hassle, no issue...they just fix it. Full stop.
