ROGUE 6L Sling

I recently purchased the Rogue Sling Bag, and it has been great. It works as a fanny pack if I need it and carries well as a sling bag. As a sling bag, it is easy to get into and grab gear without having your things fall out while you are rooting for what you need, which was one of my concerns. Great all around product for traveling with camera gear

I bought 2 Fuji XT-3 cameras for my twin boys this Christmas in preparation for a trip to Scotland. I wanted something small enough to fit in their suitcase but capable for hiking and exploring. We chose two 6L slings in orange and gray. I love the color options, the quality materials, and attention to detail. I read a bunch of positive reviews, but I was still surprised how nice the bag was in my hands. The zippers and zipper pulls are particularly impressive. The padding is amazing. I can tell that a lot of thought went into this bag.

I think the biggest challenge for any bag is making sure your gear fits. The XT-3 is 5.22" length x 3.65" height x 2.31" depth. We attached a Fuji 18-55 zoom lens that is 2.77" length x 2.56" diameter. The camera fit sideways into the bag, but because of the angled top, it would not close. The only way the camera would fit and the bag would zip closed, was lens facing down. This was totally acceptable and left plenty of space for a second short lens (under5"). A longer zoom lens would not fit in this bag.

I liked it so much, I bought a 9L sling bag for myself to compliment my huge camera backpack. That will need to be a separate review. But I definitely recommend this 6L bag for a smaller setup with smaller lenses.
