The team is awesome, super friendly and helpful.

The bag - I love how easy it is to access into the main compartment. Quite a few options depending on what I need to get and how quickly I need it.

They made a few updates. For the next, extra waterproofing would be great. Unfortunately one of my chest strap is very stiff, hard to slide.
