We are using this backpack for city day trips while carrying a few small cameras. I love the easy access top pouch. I believe it will make a great airplane carry on.

Nice Hybrid bag
I bought this bag based on the multiple reviews from various photographer review websites. I'm glad I went with this. I use this bag about 90% of the time for day to day stuff. I bring it to work with me and it carries water, books, a change of clothes for the gym after work, phone chargers, cables, etc. It does it really well. About 10% of the time I use it with the pro camera insert and carry my Sony 6700, lenses, and my DJI RS4 Mini if I'm going to record video. The construction is really good. It's comfortable too.
I have noticed that my camera gear does pick up lint when I use the camera insert and I assume that is normal, but I am now aware of it in case I change lenses...as I would not want to have dust/ lint get into the camera body. I don't know if there is a material that would not leave dust/ lint and still have the "Velcro " Capability. If there is, then that would be the only improvement for this bag...otherwise I really like the bag.
