Replacement strap

Excellent customer service. I emailed their support team and they quickly replied with a personal message. I stated , I had lost a chest strap to one of my bags and sent me a replacement at minimal cost… I can’t thank them enough for their quick resolution to the lost item

Easy Fix!

Accidentally stepped on my original strap and broke the clip. Appreciate that Wandrd offers a replacement for such a reasonable price and the shipping was quick!
