Perfect backpack! Customer service is 5 stars!

This backpack is amazing. I travel with a camera which tucks in nice and securly, with a quick access pouch on the side. It's been fun to add country flags as I travel. And the customer service is fantastic. I had a warranty item (after 4 years of traveling, one of the zippers gave way) and they worked with me and I'm highly satisfied. Thank you! Love this product so much that over the years I've also purchased a Rogue 4L and a PRVKE Lite.
