This bag was sent to me as a warranty replacement for an earlier version of the PRVKE 21L.
As with the original bag, the craftsmanship is superior to most other bags on the market. I have the same issue with this bag version as I did with the previous model. The way the bag provides access to the inner compartment where the camera gear is stored requires opening it up in a V formation, as if opening a book. If you have a lot of gear, as I do, and you are not careful about which side is on the bottom, it can fall out when you open the bag. This has happened to me often. I recommend redesigning this feature so that the flap opens to the side rather than splitting open as it does now.
