I think the replacement strap is much stronger than my 2-year-old one. I also got a nice tip to put both ends of the strap on one side to avoid losing it again.
I also didn't have any problems with receiving it to Iceland - no import duty or anything. Overall, very positively surprised

I don’t know if this strap is an improved version of the last one I had, But this one is sturdy, and does the work. An important add-on to the backpack.
I was bummed to find that my original strap came off somewhere, never to return. I was really happy to see that a replacement was less than $10 with shipping! I appreciate that Wandrd doesn’t price gouge their customers on this.
