I'm not a photographer, but needed a carrying solution to handle all the meds I haul around every day for my asthma. This has been a great solution due to its stiff edges and foam padding to keep my delicate medical devices from damage.

A lot of asthma devices like nebulizers and inhalers are tubular, and fit better in a camera bag which expects that shape as opposed to your standard EDC bags out there that expect things to be flat and rectangular like battery backs, notebooks, etc. so this works great for me.

I usually attach it to my prvke using a set of carabiners, and recently completed a 2 week trip throughout Taiwan. It took a beating hiking through jungles, up mountains, in rain and 90+ degree humidity and rain.

The bottom straps came in handy for attaching a small umbrella for the random downpours we got a lot in Taiwan.

I'm going to be upgrading to the 6L Rogue though as while its good for my day to day needs, while traveling I relied on it quite a lot and I think the added space would have been appreciated for the additional stuff you tend to pick up while traveling abroad.

Absolutely wonderful. I bought it as a gift for my husband who is a big fan of the brand and he was ecstatic. And I liked it so much that I might buy one for myself!
