This is my daily carry, and I am incredibly satisfied with it.

Design & Usability: For a bag of this format, it looks fantastic and is highly convenient for everyday use.

Customer Service: I had an issue where the zipper broke, but the brand's support was phenomenal—they replaced it completely free of charge.

One of the mesh compartments is crooked, I don't know if it was supposed to be that way. When it comes to clips for attaching to other products, there should be an option to choose whether or not we want them. Perhaps there could be a longer option to attach to the hip belts of other backpack brands. In general, I like it.
