1. Scope of Commercial Warranty
This Commercial Warranty applies to eligible WANDRD products purchased directly from WANDRD or through an authorized WANDRD retailer by the original consumer purchaser.
This Commercial Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that, under normal and intended use, result in a total loss of functionality or render the product unusable.
Covered defects may include, but are not limited to:
- failure of critical components such as zippers, straps, buckles, handles, or seams;
- major structural or material defects arising from manufacturing error; and
- other manufacturing defects that make the product unusable for its intended purpose.
This Commercial Warranty applies only to the voluntary warranty coverage described here. It does not limit any statutory rights you may have if the product is faulty, not as described, not fit for purpose, or otherwise not in conformity with the sales contract.
2. Warranty Duration and Replacement Limitation
This Commercial Warranty is valid for the lifetime of the original product, subject to the conditions in this document.
For this Commercial Warranty, “lifetime of the original product” means the reasonable usable lifetime of the original WANDRD product under normal and intended use. It does not mean the purchaser’s biological lifetime, and it does not apply after the product has been transferred, resold, discarded, or otherwise no longer owned by the original purchaser.
To make a claim under this Commercial Warranty:
- the claimant must be the original purchaser;
- reasonable proof of purchase must be provided; and
- the product must be retained and made available for inspection if reasonably requested.
If WANDRD replaces a product under this Commercial Warranty, WANDRD treats that replacement as fulfillment of the voluntary Commercial Warranty for the original product. The replacement product does not automatically receive a new or separate lifetime Commercial Warranty.
This replacement limitation applies only to this voluntary Commercial Warranty. It does not limit any statutory rights that apply to a replacement product under mandatory consumer law.
3. Eligibility and Non-Transferability
This Commercial Warranty applies only to:
- the original purchaser;
- the original covered product; and
- products purchased directly from WANDRD or from an authorized WANDRD retailer.
This Commercial Warranty is non-transferable.
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, resale marketplaces, or second-hand markets are not eligible for this Commercial Warranty unless WANDRD expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
This exclusion does not affect any statutory rights a consumer may have against a professional seller under applicable law, including where second-hand goods are sold by a professional seller.
4. Exclusions
This Commercial Warranty does not cover issues caused by anything other than a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship.
4.1 Normal Wear and Tear
This Commercial Warranty does not cover:
- cosmetic damage, including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, dents, stains, fading, or marks;
- minor wear that does not materially affect functionality;
- fabric abrasion, coating wear, or surface changes from ordinary use; or
- aesthetic changes that do not render the product unusable.
4.2 Misuse, Improper Care, or Accidental Damage
This Commercial Warranty does not cover:
- improper use, overloading, neglect, or failure to follow product care instructions;
- accidental damage;
- damage caused by improper storage;
- damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs; or
- damage caused by use outside the product’s normal and intended purpose.
4.3 External Causes
This Commercial Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- airlines, baggage handlers, shipping providers, or other third-party carriers;
- environmental exposure, natural events, or extreme conditions;
- pets or animals;
- fire, flood, earthquake, storm, or other events outside WANDRD’s control; or
- theft, loss, or disappearance of the product.
4.4 Additional Exclusions
This Commercial Warranty does not cover:
- lost or stolen products or components;
- missing accessories;
- products that have been discarded or cannot be inspected when reasonably requested;
- previously replaced products, except where mandatory law requires otherwise;
- any issue not caused by a manufacturing defect;
- defects that were clearly disclosed before purchase and expressly accepted by the consumer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
5. Items Not Covered by This Commercial Warranty
The following items are excluded from this Commercial Warranty:
- apparel and wearable goods, including hats, socks, and clothing;
- face masks and filters;
- water bottles;
- items marked “Final Sale” or “Mystery Sale.”
6. Proof of Purchase
Reasonable proof of purchase is required to submit a claim under this Commercial Warranty.
Acceptable documentation may include:
- WANDRD order confirmation;
- retail receipt;
- invoice;
- proof of purchase from an authorized WANDRD retailer; or
- other reasonable evidence showing the product, date, and place of purchase.
If WANDRD cannot reasonably verify that the product is eligible for this Commercial Warranty, the claim may be denied under this Commercial Warranty. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have against the seller under applicable law.
7. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a claim, customers must:
- complete the WANDRD warranty claim form;
- provide reasonable proof of purchase;
- submit clear photos or video showing the defect; and
- provide any additional information reasonably necessary to assess the claim.
WANDRD may request additional information or require return of the product for inspection where reasonably necessary. Customers should not return products until WANDRD provides return instructions.
Claims will be assessed reasonably and in good faith based on the information provided, the condition of the product, and the terms of this Commercial Warranty.
8. Remedies Under This Commercial Warranty
If a claim is approved under this Commercial Warranty, WANDRD will provide one of the following remedies:
8.1 Repair Support
WANDRD may:
- provide replacement parts;
- provide repair instructions; or
- reimburse approved third-party repair costs up to €50 EUR / local currency equivalent with a valid receipt.
Repair reimbursement will be paid through PayPal.
8.2 Replacement
Where repair is not appropriate, WANDRD may replace the product with:
- the same model, size, and color, if available;
- a comparable product if the original model, size, or color is unavailable.
If a direct replacement is unavailable, WANDRD may issue a purchase code equal to the original product value for use toward a comparable replacement product.
A purchase code provided under this Commercial Warranty is a voluntary warranty remedy and is not intended to limit any statutory right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund that may apply under mandatory law.
9. Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
Customers may be responsible for shipping, failed delivery charges caused by incorrect customer information, or costs arising from delivery to countries outside the covered territory.
Customers may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees where products are shipped across customs borders.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer’s right to free statutory remedies where required by applicable law.
10. Repairs
WANDRD does not currently offer in-house repairs.
Approved repairs under this Commercial Warranty must be completed through third-party providers and are subject to the reimbursement limits and conditions described above.
This repair policy applies only to this voluntary Commercial Warranty and does not limit statutory rights to repair or replacement where those rights apply under mandatory law.
11. Refunds
Refunds are not provided as a remedy under this voluntary Commercial Warranty.
Refunds may be available under WANDRD’s standard return policy.
Nothing in this section limits any withdrawal, return, refund, price reduction, or reimbursement right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Modifications
Unauthorized modifications or repairs may void this Commercial Warranty if determined that they contributed to the product failure.
WANDRD will not deny a Commercial Warranty claim solely because a product was modified or repaired unless the modification or repair caused or contributed to the claimed defect, or unless denial is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
13. Claim Processing
Claims are reviewed in the order received.
Estimated response time is 1-2 weeks from submission of a complete claim. If WANDRD requests additional information or product return for inspection, the review period may begin once the requested information or product has been received.
WANDRD will process claims within a reasonable time and without undue delay. Any mandatory timeframe under applicable consumer law will apply.
14. Airline and Third-Party Carrier Damage
Damage caused by airlines, baggage handlers, shipping providers, or other third-party carriers is not covered by this Commercial Warranty.
Customers should file claims directly with the responsible airline, carrier, insurer, or travel provider.
This exclusion does not apply where WANDRD or the seller is responsible for the shipment under applicable law.
15. Lost, Stolen, Discarded, or Disposed Items
Products that are lost, stolen, discarded, or otherwise unavailable for reasonable inspection are not eligible for claims under this Commercial Warranty.
The product must be retained and may be required for inspection or return.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WANDRD’s liability under this voluntary Commercial Warranty is limited to the repair support, replacement, or purchase-code remedy described in this document.
Nothing in this Commercial Warranty excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, or any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited.
WANDRD is not liable under this Commercial Warranty for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
17. Right to Deny Claims
WANDRD reserves the right to deny a claim under this Commercial Warranty where it reasonably determines, based on the information available, that the claim is not covered.
Examples may include:
- suspected fraud;
- misrepresentation;
- abuse of the Commercial Warranty program;
- repeated claims that indicate misuse or non-covered damage;
- inability to verify proof of purchase;
- inability to inspect the product where inspection is reasonably required;
- damage excluded under this Commercial Warranty; or
- claims for products not covered by this Commercial Warranty.
WANDRD will not deny claims arbitrarily or solely at its discretion. Any denial under this Commercial Warranty does not limit statutory rights that may apply under mandatory consumer law.
18. Amendments
WANDRD may update or modify this Commercial Warranty from time to time.
The Commercial Warranty terms and any warranty statements or advertising available at the time of purchase remain binding to the extent required by applicable law. Commercial guarantee statements and associated advertising can bind the guarantor under EU consumer sales rules.
19. Governing Law and Mandatory Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, or another country where WANDRD sells, this Commercial Warranty does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence or purchase.
If any part of this Commercial Warranty is invalid, unenforceable, or inconsistent with mandatory consumer protection law, that part will be limited or disregarded only to the extent necessary, and the rest of the Commercial Warranty will continue to apply.
