Cool configuration add-on

Cool addition for flexible configuration of the storage around the bag. Nice to have the bungee for quickly storing a jacket.

Better for my Zip 31L than the PRVKE 41L

I found that the straps work well on my Zip 31L but not as well on the PRVKE 41L, where they don't hold as tight. I assume it has to do with the bag shape and hook loops.
