Incredible product, but the customer service left me speechless

The backpack is beautiful, and the quality is on another level. The materials are durable, and it features technology that, unlike other backpacks, not only makes me feel like my photography gear is well protected, but also helps redistribute the weight.

But the best part of all is the customer service. I bought the backpack three years ago, and this year I had an issue with the zipper. They fixed it immediately. I’ve never experienced such great customer service before.

Definitely worth it!

Amazing

I almost never travel with my Sony A7 and lenses because I don’t want to chance breaking anything. This backpack is incredible. With the camera cube everything feels super safe and secure. I am taking this bag as my carry on to Japan in a week and there is plenty of room for my camera kit and books/headphones/meds etc. I highly recommend this bag!
